Entertainment Sponsor

·       A reserved Table for SIX in the VIP area of the Festhalle for ONE WEEKEND OF YOUR CHOICE. The VIP seating is on a raised platform providing a great view of the stage over the crowd and dancefloor and allows you to come and go throughout the day.  NEW for 2025, the VIP area will have table service where you can order your drinks and avoid the lines!

·       TWELVE WEEKEND COMBO TICKETS (Fri & Sat) tickets to provide to clients, employs, or as the prize of your own promo. (This is in addition to the six tickets included in the VIP table)

·       Logo on beer cups which are compostable and processed locally at the Winton facility. (qty. 70,000)

·       Logo on the Oktoberfest staff t-shirts worn at the event. (qty 300)

·       Recognized as sponsors on all (3) stages by emcees throughout the weekends.  In addition, sponsor mentions will be added to the pre-recorded music used in between bands.

·       Recognized as an Entertainment sponsor in print media and on the event poster.

·       Banners inside each of the three venues and VIP area recognizing you as an Entertainment Sponsors.

·       Logo, website and recognition in the Oktoberfest Program

·       Logo and link in the weekly Bavarian Bulletin’s Oktoberfest section that runs July-October (1000 local recipients)

·       Logo on the Oktoberfest Event ticket purchase site, Seetickets.

·       Mentioned and thanked in two press releases. (2 & 3 months prior to event)

The VIP area is a raised area in the Festhalle for Sponsors and those purchasing VIP Inclusive Packages.

New for 2025, the VIP area will be the only area in the Festhalle that has beer and wine table service.

The sponsorship includes your choice of one full Saturday of your choosing. (Friday nights not included)

The area is staffed with personnel who will protect your table when you want to venture to other parts of the festival.

·       Logo on banners inside the Kinderplatz fenced area and activity tent thanking all Kinderplatz Sponsors
