Winter SUP for Restaurants

Today the City of Leavenworth shared details about a NEW Winter COVID Special Use Permit. The new permit, was incubated through observations, discussions and input provided to the Downtown Closure Task Force. The task force has been meeting weekly since June to troubleshoot issues related to the street closures.

With snow removal in mind, the permits will allow some restaurants the ability to take advantage of the ongoing street closure to offset reduced capacities indoor due to health restrictions.
