Apply for Round 3 Grants, Up to 20K
DO NOT DELAY: Applications will be available on Wednesday December 2, 2020 for Round 3 of the Working Washington Grants which has $50m in funding available for small businesses. These are on a first come first served basis! The link to the application can be found on this page when it goes live on Wednesday, December 2nd. If you previously submitted for a Working Washington Grant, we suggest you reapply; don’t assume your previous application is on file with the Department of Commerce.
Here are some additional details:
Priority will be given to businesses with $5m or less in annual revenue. No employment restrictions this round.
$20k maximum grant award.
No restrictions on receiving prior grant funding however, priority will be given to businesses that haven’t received prior grant funding.
Priority will be given to industries that have been impacted the most, such as restaurants, bars, gyms, bowling alleys, music and event venues.
National Development Council (NDC) will sift and prioritize the applications for Commerce.
NDC will make direct deposits into grant recipients bank accounts.
No allocation by county, all is first come, first served.
Priority will be given to businesses with a physical location.
Grant applicants will need this information for their application:
W-9
Copy of a valid government issued photo ID
Copy of your 2019 tax return
Proof of your physical locations, such as a lease, utility bill, property tax statement etc.
NAICS Code or clear description of your primary business activity.

The SBDC is now working with Commerce to assist business owners with the Working Washington Small Business Grants – Round 3.
Their role is to provide information to business owners about the application process. They can answer questions that come up, and provide backend support for the business owners to help them manage cash flow to extend the business owner's ability to survive this recession.
