Covid Special Use Permits now available

Covid Special Use Permit is valid during the street closures.

The City of Leavenworth is now approving the Covid Special Use Permit during Phase 1.5. Many businesses are already taking advantage of the extra space created by the street closure to serve their customers

For the COVID SUP the city will need proof of insurance coverage (2 million dollars), a site plan, and the property owners signature. The site plan needs to show the area requested in relationship to the building and front door of the business. There is NO FEE for this permit.
